This is a standalone 'granny flat' on the ground floor of a brand new family house (Jan 2023), furnished for comfort and style. The flat has a full kitchen & bathroom - it’s your own space. There's a desk with monitor, free WiFi, AppleTV & NetFlix - enjoy! Parking on street, entrance through the upstairs main house

Other things to note

We do ask for quiet after 9pm, and check in between 3-9pm not later - thank you. It’s a family home upstairs so you will hear footsteps, some mornings from 6am. We’re very quiet tho - most guests say they don’t hear us!
